~/warp users --happy

Your brand on every desktop. A help button that works.

Your clients' staff never see “Warp”. They see your name, your icon and a Get help button that sends you everything you need, screenshot included.

// 01 Get help

Two clicks from “it's broken” to a ticket.

  • Users click your tray icon, choose Get help…, describe the problem and leave a callback number
  • A screenshot of every screen is attached, ticked by default, and the user can untick it
  • It lands in Monitor → Help requests with the computer, the signed-in user and the screenshot
  • With ConnectWise connected it becomes a ticket on the client's company, and your Teams channel gets a post
  • Rate-limited per session, so a stuck key cannot flood your board

File server maintenance this Saturday

We're upgrading the Calgary file server on Saturday from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

  • Save and close anything on the S: drive by 7:45 p.m.
  • Email and Teams are not affected
stays on top until you confirmI've read this
// 02 Notices

The outage email nobody read, fixed.

Send a branded notice to one computer, one client or every computer you manage. It stays on screen until the person in front of it confirms they have read it.

NoticePlanned workKnown issueOutage
  • Stays on top, has no close box and ignores Esc and Alt+F4
  • Opens without taking focus, so a stray Enter cannot dismiss it, and comes back every two minutes if it gets buried
  • Survives reboots. Offline and brand-new computers get it when they connect
  • On a shared PC, every person who signs in has to confirm, and you can see who has
  • Headings, bullets, bold and links. Ends on its own after 15 minutes to 31 days
// 03 Branding

Every word, every link, the icon itself.

Your words

Rename every menu item, title, button and message. Fill-ins like {brand}, {computer} and {user} keep it personal.

Your links

Up to five links in the menu and help window: your portal, your phone number, your email.

Your icon

Design one right in the console with your colours and initials, or upload your own PNG.

Live changes

Save and every online computer updates within seconds. No reinstall, no reboot.

Always visible

On Windows 11, Warp can keep your icon on the taskbar instead of hidden in the overflow.

Signed

Branding is a signed bundle. A computer will not show anything that did not come from your Warp.

// 04 Reach the person

Talk to the human, not just the machine.

Messages

Pop a message box or a toast on the screen of whoever is signed in. “Please save your work, restarting in 10 minutes.”

Run as the user

Scripts can run as the signed-in person for per-user fixes like Outlook profiles and mapped drives. That choice is sealed inside the job's signature.

See what they see

Help requests carry a screenshot of all monitors, so you start with the error message, not “it says something”.

Can users turn the icon off?

There is no Exit item in the menu. If someone ends it in Task Manager, the service brings it back within about a minute.

Do I have to show the tray icon?

No. It is a policy setting, so you can turn it on for all your computers, one client, one site or one machine. Notices still pop up where the icon is off.

Which agent version do I need?

Help requests and messages need agent 0.1.13 or newer, tray branding 0.1.14, keeping the icon on the taskbar 0.1.16, and notices 0.1.17. Agents update themselves through your release rings.

Put your logo on every desktop.

We will show you the tray, a help request and a notice on a live machine.
